Speakers & Platform Presenters! Don't forget to check your slides well in advance of your presentation in the Slide Preview Room, located in the Life Sciences Building (LFS), Room 006. This room will be equipped with computers and staffed by trained personnel available for assistance should technical difficulties arise. Speakers may modify their presentations up to
ReplyDelete24 hours prior to the scheduled session. A timed rehearsal is recommended. The Slide Preview Room will be open during the following times:
Sunday, 12 August: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
Monday, 13 August: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
Tuesday, 14 August: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
Wednesday, 15 August: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
